What it Takes to run the Fun Zone

Our daily operation starts out each morning with a staff meeting. Brown's Amusements is a firm believer in communication. We believe through positive communication you can avoid potential risk. From these morning meetings we discuss daily preventive maintenance schedules, urgent repairs, and general overall operations. Through these meetings we set the tone for a productive day. Throughout the day we continue the "Hands-On" approach with our department managers through visual communication and audio communication {radios}. We have key personnel placed throughout the midway to ensure a smooth running operation. Upon the completion of another successful day, we again gather all of the staff for a final critiquing of the day's performance. Mr. Danny Brown offers constructive criticism with positive re-enforcement's of a job well done. The staff flourish's from his words of wisdom and genuine words of praise.

Brown's Amusements would like to provide a better carnival midway for your event. These are the little extras we will provide on the midway so that fair guest can experience an amusement park atmosphere: Rest areas with shade tents, Benches throughout the midway, Midway office on site for help and information, electrical wire covered by rubber matting, show canvas washed every night, carnival owners and manager onsite for the entire fair.  Brown's Amusements will provide our own electricity for all of our carnival and personal use.
