Is there an admission fee to enter the midway?
There is no admission fee at the midway, however some of our fairs and events have admission fees to enter the grounds.
What attractions might be fun for younger children?
We have a wide variety of children and family rides. Please check our RIDE section that has our height requirements and descriptions.
Do the rides have height requirements?
Yes, for everyone’s safety, our rides have height requirements that have been set by the ride manufacturers. All guests must meet the height requirements. No exceptions.
Do I need to accompany my child on the rides?
Depending on the attraction and your child’s height, a paying adult may be required to accompany them.
Can we share a wristband?
Wristbands CANNOT be shared, TRANSFERRED or REFUNDED. If we discover that a wristband has been shared, we will remove the wristband without refunds. We have a zero-tolerance policy for theft.
Do the credits loaded on my magic money card every expire?
Your credits never expire on your magic money card, save the card and use it at your next visit, give it to a friend to use or bring it next year.

We always recommend arriving early and during the week to avoid any lines and crowds.

What type of payment is accepted on the midway?
You may purchase magic money credit cards with cash, debit, credit card, apple pay, google pay, PayPal and Venmo. All of our games, food concessions and rides accept magic money credits. For your added convenience, all of our food concessions accept cash, debit, credit cards and magic money.
Can I bring a wheelchair, stroller or wagon on the midway?
Yes, you can bring wheelchairs, strollers and wagons on the midway.
Does the midway rent scooters or strollers?
No, we do not rent any scooters or strollers.
How does rain or inclement weather affect the midway?
We are not responsible for inclement weather or rain. We do not offer refunds or rain checks. Some rides may not operate in high winds or inclement weather.
What security measures does the midway have in place?
There is nothing more important than safety and security. We work closely with our fair partners and local authorities to ensure the best in public safety at every event we entertain.
Are there places to sit down throughout the midway?
Yes, Browns Amusements and our fair partners take pride in ensuring our guests and families are comfortable during their visit. We provide bench seating throughout the midway and covered areas for guests to rest in the shade.
What happens if I get separated from my group at the midway?
Please contact our midway office or guest services as soon as possible to assist you.
What should I wear to the midway?
We always recommend comfortable shoes and clothing. Always check the weather forecast and bring jackets, hats or sunscreen as appropriate.
What items are not permitted on the midway?
Items not permitted include, but are not limited to:
- Pets – Only service animals are permitted.
- Skateboards
- Drones
- Remote control toys
- Inline skates
- Shoes with built-in wheels
- Bicycles
- Motorcycles
- 2-wheeled vehicles, including Segway™ Human Transporters
- Suitcases
- Coolers
- Alcohol, marijuana (including marijuana-enriched products) and any illegal substances are strictly prohibited
- Folding chairs
- Glass containers
- Sporting goods or equipment
- Weapons of any kind or object that appear to be weapons
- Self-defense equipment
- Restraining devices
- Items that may be disruptive
- Selfie sticks (hand-held extension poles for cameras and mobile devices)
Equipment used for unauthorized photography, videotaping, recording, broadcast or transmission of any kind for commercial purposes is not allowed. Professional photographers with professional cameras or recording equipment, who are visiting the midway with the intent to take photographs or recordings of people, Browns Amusements must request permission and make prior arrangements with appropriate Browns Amusements representatives. Permission for any recordings or broadcasts on the premises are within the sole discretion of our company.
